Parasitic Draw test is pointing me to Fuse #11, as it is drawing 1.26 amps with fuse in and ~ .1 amps with fuse out. This fuse controls, IOD, Radio, Underhood Lamp, Satelite Digital Audio receiver, and Hands Free Module.
