I do like Ark, which is a little more customisable and works slightly better with some game systems, but I had issues with locking up and getting worse reliability over time.
You're right, asinine is maybe a bit of an exaggeration. I've just been frustrated because JelOS offers a great user experience, but the difference in performance that ArkOS gives on the RGB30 is insane. Part of my gripe is that I'm used to using select as the "main" hotkey, so switching to R3 screws up my muscle memory.A new version of the os was just released a few days ago. I'm not sure if I encountered the same issue before but got it fixed after change the volume in the sound settings. Press Start and go to the sound settings and see if your volume is at 0%.
