Honestly a 77% on the new free 120 is pretty in line with low 240s. Each q and each percentage point matters in these tests. For reference, I took nbme 6 (258), 7 (245), 8 (264), uw1 (256) and uw2 (254) and got a 86% on free 120. Still haven’t gotten my results back yet but maybe consider re-reviewing some hy core topics.

I just finished NBME 10 and scored a 247, and my exam is in 8 days. I got a 249 on the NBME 9 exam last week. Form 10 was supposed to be better, based on what I'm reading in this group. Of course, I did make some extremely stupid errors (I do have bad exam anxiety and change a lot of my answers).
